A. Eligibility for the e-mail service for retirees

(1) Staff who is going to retire soon

Staff who is going to retire soon will receive an e-mail invitation sent by ITSC. He/she can apply for the service online. Successful applicant can enjoy the service on the day following his/her retirement date.

(2) Staff who has retired for some time

Staff who has retired for some time can apply the service online. He/she will be contacted for more information by phone or e-mail after ITSC receives his/her application.

B. Service Guidelines

The service has to be renewed on yearly basis. It is subject to ITSC's approval. Furthermore, the maximum time for the "Reminder" part of the service is three years.

ITSC will send e-mail to notify applicant upon renewal and termination of the service.
